Amazon Seller Connects

Pune: Amazon India has kicked off its latest round of Amazon Seller Connects across 13 cities, engaging thousands of small and medium-sized sellers in preparation for the upcoming festive season.

The Amazon Seller Connects initiative underscores Amazon’s commitment to digitally empower sellers across both metros and non-metros – including cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Surat, Jaipur, Lucknow, Pune, Ahmedabad, Panipat, Ludhiana, and Indore.

Designed as immersive day-long sessions, the Amazon Seller Connects program offers masterclasses on catalog optimization, ad strategy, operational planning, and the use of Amazon’s ecosystem of seller tools. These events provide direct access to Amazon experts and equip sellers with the insights needed to maximize festive season sales on Amazon.in.

A standout announcement during the Amazon Seller Connect 2025 series is the launch of Samriddhi, a new self-enablement tool integrated into Seller Central. Samriddhi offers sellers data-driven, customized recommendations to enhance advertising performance and optimize inventory planning – empowering businesses with actionable growth strategies tailored to their operations.

“As Amazon Seller Connect continues to scale across India, it remains a vital platform for listening to sellers and supporting their festive readiness,” said Gaurav Bhatnagar, Director Sales, Amazon India. “Our goal is to drive seller success at scale by simplifying access to tools, improving planning, and helping SMBs grow more competitively and efficiently.”

Amazon’s recent infrastructure and policy enhancements further amplify seller benefits. These include a flat shipping rate for multi-unit orders – helping sellers save up to 90% on the second unit – as well as zero referral fees on over 1.2 crore products under ₹300, and enhanced last-mile delivery capabilities.

Amazon Seller Connects: Critical Insights for Festive Planning

Sellers have responded positively to the initiative. Aman Jain, founder of Bunkaar Textiles, shared, “Participating in Amazon Seller Connect Bangalore gave us critical insights for festive planning. Amazon’s tools and training are helping us scale our handcrafted textile business across India.”

The momentum from these initiatives was evident during Prime Day 2025, which recorded a 30% year-on-year increase in sales by SMBs – 68% of whom were from tier 2 and 3 cities. This growth reflects Amazon India’s expanding seller footprint and its ongoing mission to democratize e-commerce through inclusive digital enablement.

With Amazon Seller Connects continuing across key locations and the Samriddhi tool now live, Amazon India is reinforcing its leadership in empowering India’s SMB community with the tools, support, and insights required to win during the festive season and beyond.
